Video technology is going to change the recruiting landscape drastically over the next few years and will make hiring much more efficient. What does this mean for you?
From my experience, there are a few signs (that can happen during the interview) that may indicate that you've done really well. I'll start with the most obvious signs and move to the least obvious ones.
What can entry level candidates do to differentiate themselves in the interview process? They can show that they've put in a TON of effort. Whether it's true or not, it is widely believed that the amount of effort one puts into the interviewing process directly correlates to the amount of effort one will put into each day of their job.
